Only one membership in your name and one first name per membership allowed. Tickets will be listed under the first and last name of the F.U.C.K.U. MEMBER only and available for Box Office Will Call Window pickup the night of the show only. Duplicate orders and memberships will be cancelled.

Anyone requesting ADA/handicapped seating MUST email Lewis Black Customer Service (help@lewisblack.com) to verify if those arrangements can be made.

Tickets will be under the name of the F.U.C.K.U. Member only.

DATES ON SALE: Visit the tour portion of the web site for tour updates. Tickets are generally held until the section sells out or until approximately 2 weeks before the date of the show, whichever comes first. Some shows may have a higher demand for tickets and some venues have contractual obligations which limit the number of tickets we can hold, so we cannot guarantee ticket availability to every Member for every show. The ticket program applies only to shows where Lewis Black is the headliner.

QUANTITY OF TICKETS: You may purchase ONE or TWO tickets per show. Please note that if you purchase a single ticket for a show and decide you would like to purchase another single ticket for that same show, you can place a new order and we will put your two seats together (provided they were purchased under the same name/membership). Quantity of tickets is limited as we want to allow as many Members as possible to take advantage of this service, so the maximum you can order per show is TWO tickets. You can get tickets to as many shows as you like, but remember - only one to two tickets per show.

SEAT LOCATION: Although we do our best to secure great seats for Members, we do not have every seat in every row so in some cases it may be possible to purchase seats of equal or better location through other outlets. If you purchase more than one ticket, all your seats will be together. Price Level One Tickets are generally within the first 10 rows on the floor. Whenever possible, we will give you the general parameters of the Fan Club ticket hold at each venue however, we cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for your individual ticket order. This policy is in place to discourage ticket brokering.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: F.U.C.K.U. Members are not assigned their specific seats until 2 weeks before the show date. Seat assignments are not based on when you place the order for tickets, but are based on Fan Club seniority (how long you have been a Member with no lapse in membership). This applies to all seats EXCEPT for those in the first 2 rows of the Fan Club locations. Those seats are assigned randomly, meaning anyone who purchases a Fan Club ticket, regardless of their Fan Club seniority, can be selected to sit in the first 2 rows.

PAYMENT FOR TICKETS: Tickets will be under the name of the F.U.C.K.U. Member only. A convenience fee and a processing fee will be applied to your order.

TICKET CONFIRMATION: Once your ticket order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive your ticket confirmation email and that the information is correct.

PICKING UP TICKETS: TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED. Bring a photo I.D. to the “Will Call” window at the box office of the venue. You do not need to bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets. Tickets are available the night of the show ONLY and generally about an hour before doors open. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason. Tickets are not sent to you through the mail and are left at Will Call to prevent scalping and to ensure that only F.U.C.K.U. Members are receiving the Fan Club’s preferred tickets.

Each box office has their own policy regarding how long they stay open after the show begins. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to pick up their F.U.C.K.U. tickets before the box office closes. We are not responsible for tickets that are not picked up in a timely manner and no refunds will be issued for any reason for unclaimed tickets.

CANCELLED/POSTPONED/RELOCATED SHOWS: Shows or events are occasionally cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this occur, we will post information regarding the cancellation/postponement/relocation on the web site and also send you an email (if time permits) notifying you of the cancellation/postponement/relocation. If the show is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, the facility fee (if applicable) and a portion of the convenience fee. In no event will the processing fee or any other fees or amounts be refunded. These fees are not refunded as they are used to cover the expenses already incurred by the Fan Club in facilitating your ticket order. If a credit card was used to make the purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.

If the event was not cancelled but was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoters', or venues', instructions or deadlines. The decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange may be at the promoters' or venues' discretion.

Please note that if you purchase a F.U.C.K.U. Membership or merchandise at the time of your ticket purchase, and the show is cancelled, you will be refunded for the ticket portion of the order only. F.U.C.K.U. Memberships are non-refundable. The Fan Club will not be liable for travel or any other expenses incurred by the F.U.C.K.U. Member or guest in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
